To start a return, send us an email detailing your request, and we’ll send you an email that links to your order history — from there, you can select which items you’re sending back. Item(s) purchased from bigbrightandbankrupt.com must be returned at the customers expense in new, unused condition with original tags still attached in order to receive a refund, within 30 days of receiving the shipment. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items.

Orders shipping to Canada are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days pending payment authorization and verification.
